*Character Dance is a technicalized and theatricalized form of folk dances from many nations including Russia, Poland, Hungary and Spain, among others. Many character dances appear in classical ballets such as Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty and Coppelia. You may wear a knee-length FULL skirt and character or jazz shoes.
