CORVINO BALLET VIRTUAL CLASSICAL COMPOSITION WORKSHOP
A course in choreographing (using classical vocabulary but not necessarily exclusively) to your choice of music (again leaning towards the classical).
We meet on 5 consecutive Sundays starting at 12:30 after 11am technique class all through ZOOM.
~You will choose your own music (not longer than 4 minutes).
~You will learn to make a "dancer's musical score" for your piece.
~You will learn to make a notation of your floor patterns.
~You will chorograph and notate a few phrases at a time over the 5 weeks
with feedback.

~You will have, if you wish, time to perform your finished work for your
fellow students at the end of the course.
You must pre-pay a non-refundable fee of $200 for the entire course one week prior to the start date.
In the 1940s, a young soloist from the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo fell in love with and married a beautiful photographer and costume maker from New York City.
